Allen Dulles repeatedly intervenes in the Nuremberg trials to facilitate the escape of Nazis. Whilst some Nazis abscond via ratlines to other continents, others are eased by Dulles into positions of authority within postwar West Germany. Dulles is meticulously constructing an enormous intelligence network to undermine and attack the Soviet Union, a US ally during WWII. The Gehlen Organisation, a Nazi intelligence network will become its foundation. To finance these secret operations, Dulles will utilise Nazi treasure as project capital. The surviving victims of the Nazi’s will never again have their stolen wealth returned to them. The CIA spent it fighting the Cold War. Also, The Bank for International Settlements and Nazi loot.
