RAGING TWENTIES

Book review | …

A diligent and insightful examination of contemporaneous international relations, primarily between the four sovereign nations of Russia, China, Iran, and the United States of America. A collection of twenty-five short essays, which includes an analysis of the different nation-based reactions to the presence of Covid-19, and how the virus may create an aperture for the Great Reset to pass through into reality. The effects of the previous great plagues (1347-8 Europe and Ancient Greece), particularly aftermath, are reasonably considered. What precise effect does an epidemic or pandemic impress upon the surviving human psyche? Do we become more susceptible to manipulation? Also, biosecurity and emerging forms of social control. Glimpses of how the new world may appear: some positives here. Excellent use of literary sources combined with a persistent cultural awareness deeply embellishes this work. Non-fiction. 170 pages.
